About fr99

Our Story

fr99 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a reliable, entertaining, and genuinely safe place to enjoy online gaming. From the very beginning, we recognised that the local market deserved more than a recycled overseas product. Bangladesh has its own culture, its own passion for cricket, its own payment habits, and its own expectations of trust — and fr99 was designed from the ground up to meet every one of them.

Today, fr99 brings together the best of international casino gaming and Bangladesh-specific sportsbook coverage under one roof. Our platform supports local payment giants bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, making deposits and withdrawals as effortless as sending a mobile recharge. Whether you are a cricket enthusiast tracking BPL and T20 World Cup odds or a slots player chasing progressive jackpots, fr99 has something crafted for you.

We are proud to be a brand that Bangladeshi players can rely on. Security is not an afterthought at fr99 — it is the foundation. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption, every game outcome is governed by certified RNG technology, and every player interaction is handled with strict data privacy standards. We believe that when players feel safe, they can truly enjoy the experience we have built for them.

Our Mission & Values

At fr99, our mission is straightforward: deliver a world-class online gaming experience that is accessible, transparent, and rewarding for every player in Bangladesh. We have built our platform around five core values that guide every decision we make.

• 🔐 Security First — Every player's data and funds are safeguarded by industry-standard SSL encryption and rigorous account verification protocols.
• ⚖️ Fair Play — All games on fr99 use certified RNG systems to guarantee unbiased, audited outcomes for every spin, deal, and wager.
• 🏏 Local Passion — We cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other Bangladesh-relevant cricket markets with deep odds and live in-play betting options.
• 💳 Seamless Payments — Instant deposits and fast withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers keep your money moving on your schedule.
• 🤝 Responsible Gaming — We provide deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and 24/7 support to ensure gaming remains a source of entertainment, not distress.

Who We Serve

fr99 is built for adults aged 21 and above across Bangladesh — from the bustling streets of Dhaka and Chittagong to the tea gardens of Sylhet and the coastal communities of Cox's Bazar. Our players come from every walk of life. Some are dedicated cricket fans who live for match-day odds; others are casual slots enthusiasts who enjoy a few spins during their lunch break. Many appreciate the thrill of a live casino table with a real dealer, while others prefer the strategic depth of games like European Blackjack or 1001 Nights.

No matter your preference, fr99 welcomes you with a platform optimised for mobile, a customer support team that speaks your language, and payment options that fit how Bangladesh transacts. We are not just an operator — we are part of the community we serve.

What Sets fr99 Apart

In a crowded online gaming market, fr99 stands out through a combination of genuine localisation, product depth, and an unwavering commitment to player welfare. We do not simply translate an international site and call it Bangladesh-ready. We partner with leading game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, and Ezugi — to bring titles that resonate with local tastes while meeting the highest global standards for RTP and RNG certification.

Our sportsbook goes beyond basic cricket coverage. From the ICC World Cup and BPL to football leagues, kabaddi, and hockey, fr99 offers competitive odds across a wide range of sports that Bangladeshi fans follow closely. Combined with a generous welcome bonus programme and regular promotional events timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League season, fr99 delivers ongoing value that keeps players engaged throughout the year.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

fr99 takes its duty of care seriously. We are committed to providing a gaming environment where players remain in control at all times. Our platform offers voluntary deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options for any player who feels they need a break. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits before they start playing, and we remind every user that fr99 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you ever feel that gambling is no longer entertainment, please reach out to our support team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and resources.

We also invest in player education, providing clear information about game rules, odds, and wagering requirements for all bonuses. Transparency is core to who we are — we never hide terms in fine print, and our support team is available around the clock to answer any question a player might have about their account or our platform.

Looking Ahead

fr99 is constantly evolving. We are investing in expanding our game library, adding new local payment partners, and building features that make the fr99 experience faster, smoother, and more rewarding for every player in Bangladesh. Our roadmap includes enhanced live sports coverage, new crash games, and exclusive seasonal tournaments aligned with the cricket calendar. As the market grows, so does our commitment to being the platform that Bangladeshi players trust most. Thank you for being part of the fr99 community.
